Before you switch off paper
No. Most teams start fresh with new jobs in Opdeck while their paper or spreadsheet records stay archived as they are. There is no requirement to migrate history before you can start using it.
Job cards, photos and signatures captured in the field are saved on the device and sync automatically once a connection is available, so a dead zone at a job site will not stop work getting recorded.
Flat rate. Solo is R249 a month for one person, Team is R649 for up to five including you, and Crew is R1 299 for up to fifteen. Sixteen or more is priced with you. You are not charged per seat, so adding someone within your plan limit does not change your bill. Billing is in South African rand and international cards are accepted — outside South Africa your bank converts at its rate on the day.
No. Job cards, customers and assets are unlimited on every plan. The only limit is how many technicians you can have on your team, which is what separates the plans.
You build templates from scratch using eleven field types including text, photo, signature, checklist and dropdown, arranged however your work needs. There is also a library of ready made templates for common trades if you would rather start from one of those and adjust it.
Nothing is deleted. Your data stays exactly where it is, and you pick up where you left off whenever you choose a plan. We will email you before the trial ends rather than letting it lapse quietly.
